Situated on a small water front lot directly across Main Street from the historic Outlook Inn, this multipurpose facility will host group activities for the hotel and local community. Designed in accordance with Eastsound's architectural guidelines, this building complements the town's charming aesthetics. In an effort to mitigate unstable soils and avoid disturbing archeological artifacts, this structure utilizes a structural slab and pin pile foundation system that allows it to "float" above the site.
