This Tudor home grew out of the 60s era ranch house that sat on the site for 40 years. The existing foundations and main floor walls are at the center of a series of first and second floor additions. Design for this home found its roots in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood. This project was designed while working with the LewisNelson Architects in Bellevue, WA.
