Process
Working on projects around the country from an Island in Washington State comes with its challenges. So we developed a communication system to overcome it. We take full advantage of today's technology to virtually eliminate the need for client and consultant travel and the financial impact is significant.
- Internet meetings - allow us to present to and interact with people in as many as 50 different locations simultaneously.
- Tablet computers - allow meeting participants to interact with our digital presentations live via the internet (sketch, erase, overlay, etc.)
- Large format scanner - allows us to digitize oversized drawings and send them anywhere vie e-mail
- FTP Site - Current project documents are accessible via Studio 29 web-site.
- Web-cam - project team can visit construction site any time.
