The third hotel in the series lies in the beach community of Venice, CA. The architecture finds its roots in the beach clubs common waterfront communities in the early 19th century. Project features 43 guest suites and 5 serviced condominiums, subterranean parking and a street level cafe/market. This project was designed while working with Scheurer Architects in Newport Beach, CA.
